US Govt's have been adding more debts and pressures on their own beloved USA. They seem to be looking in the wrong direction according to the article. What does it say overall ? Know your enemy, Know yourself. US Govt knows neither well at all and they are blindly guessing and 'spraying and praying' in the terms of using a machine gun, hoping that at least a bullet would hit something, when they are simply aiming in the wrong and opposite direction.
