Jumping the gun on Realization
Read:
The mind of most sentient beings are eager to strive to understand Emptiness but it needs to be attained and achieved in the appropriate manner for each individual.
Some people could immediately take a big step out and actualize and realize the concepts of Emptiness and liberating themselves from Form or Non-Form.
But this is not the case for most sentient being. Most sentient being would begin with a Form to represent the Non-Form (using images of realized beings) and gradually progress to the understanding of the Emptiness using a Form as a representation. And when a sentient being have rise to the state of not needing an image or a symbol to represent the Form of Emptiness, the being have entered into a state of Non-Form where there is no need for symbolism.
Some people attempt to discount the Form and usage of Form to aid themselves in realization of the Non-Form and gradually into the state of Non-dual Emptiness . This is not a very wholesome and good practise.
My advise would be to focus on a Form and then move into the Non-Form.

I am truely doubtful how capable is Paypal with it's transaction services. Now, Paypal have struck again, managed to freeze Courage to Resist's (http://www.couragetoresist.org/).
I think Paypal should be off the 'Trust' list for payment transactions since they have shown us a couple of times that they could simply freeze your transactions at their whims (and also easily coerced by US senates without a court order).

Medical Science and Meditation
There have been a lot of debates between the medical community and effects of meditation. Meditation is not just to please people with their fascinating health benefits and effects but is a tool to achieve self understanding and the understanding of the world around us.
Since the scientists are so curious about meditation and healing, why don't they themselves jump into and practise meditation and healing and see for themselves, using themselves as experiments since they possess the 'medical knowledge'.
Meditation and energy is about experiencing and feeling rather than intellectually debating on an armchair and a lab coat trying to analyse some numbers and create some charts or graphs. These are the one side the scientists are good at. They should marry metaphysical practises with their scientific knowledges.
Many 'scientists' of the ancient are actually the village shamans, the priest and priestesses and the mages and alchemists. They attempt to strive for a balance between the physical world and the inner world of metaphysics and they embrace both.
Why couldn't the modern sicentists embrace the inner and outer world and achieve harmony ?
