What will you feel, if you have an unknown fear to face. Oh...hold on...there's some one near you whom have the ability to help you but is too lazy to move a bone to help. What would you do?

Your peace and tranquility would not come unless you deal with that unknown fear . The only one who have the potential refuses to help you. What would you do?

If you are going to leave the fear as it is, you would not leave in peace, and subsequently, the person whom have the ability but do not want to aid is also affected by the commotion and fear you express (by your screams and shouts).

Isn't it foolish for the person to not help you. He's indirectly creating his own trouble in a way, unless he moves away.

Well, some would recommend you stand up and face your fear, but you might say that you have so much fear that you are left helpless. Some may say it's an excuse but you insist that you are too fearful.

For all this trouble, why not the person help you and later on, you learn to handle your fears slowly. Ain't this a nice ending.

Why must that heartless person just leave you to face your fear alone , and leave you in pain, which indirectly creates nuisance to him. Ins't he ripping his own fruits by sufering the nonsense and noise.

You may wonder why I wote this article. My answer to this question is because I have seen many times, these situation occured to many people around me, and sometimes myself. This article came out of inspiration while I was searching for something to write.

Too Much Energy

A few weeks ago, I talked to a friend of mine and he told me how he deal with excessive energy in him. After talking to him, this idea of dealing with excess energy was brewing within me for a few weeks while Iponder of possible ways to deal with excess energy in a person. Now , I have finally came out with answers to this question.

Have you ever felt within you , at certain time ,when your internal energy reserve is overflowing with excess enrgy and you are wondering how to deal with those excess energy.

Some would play games , maybe computer games. Some might play basketball, go for a swim , a game of badminton , cycling ...etc. Some may hit the gym or do some work out.

To consider the extreme cases, some may try to relieve himself or herself of those energy by bullying others or doing something hurtul or harmful to others.

The rare cases would be some trying to make full use of this excess energy and learn to conserve and use them . Indeed a rare case. Instead of spending the energy, they learn to conserve and keep these energy somewhere. ( A very clever way indeed )

I would touch on how to transform such excess energy into something useful in this topic. I Hope you don't mind of it's extensive length.

If a person were to experience in a build up of excessive energy within them , and they want to relieve themselves by exercising or in any non - harmful ways ( drawing , playing games , creating blogs...etc ) then it's fine , but if the usage of the energy is to harm others, I would recommend that if possible, re direct this harmful usage of energy into something productive.

Below is a visualiation for those who are interested in to follow , so that they could re direct energy in a proper way .

Method 1

  1. Sit comfortably on the floor or on a chair or sofa.
  2. Straighten your spine comfortably. ( need not be too straight)
  3. Relax your body , shoulders, face ,stomach ...etc and also breathe comfortably.
  4. Place the tip of your tongue behind your upper jaw ( behind the row of teeth on the upper jaw). Be comfortable.
  5. Now place your attention below your stomach region.
  6. You should feel a sensation of excess energy raging through you. But sometimes you don't get this sensation which doesn't matter. Just know that that's your energy reserve area.
  7. Now mental visualize that the excess energy slowly spill out of your reserve area, slowly but steadily , flowing your whole body with energy.
  8. You may feel that every atom in you start to become hyperactive and you may feel urges and sensations start to surge through you.
  9. Ignore the urges and sensations . Just allow the energy to spill out.
  10. Visualize that the excessive amount of energy flooding out, healing every part of you.
  11. When the energy floods to the boundary ot your being, allow it to flow out into the environment around you.
  12. As the energy flow out into your surrounding, your mind should wish all things well as the energy flows.
  13. When you feel that you have no excessive energy left , slowly bring your mind to your rserve area and slowly open your eyes.
  14. Stand up and do some stretching and proceed with your daily chores.
